The Reason

Our Story

Mike had a near-fatal motorcycle accident at 50, and recovered by the grace of God. Vicki got breast cancer at 61 and is now a healthy survivor. Neither of us had been making healthy choices for years, and it showed! We're not yet where we want to be, and so far no one has asked us to be fashion models, but we've found some things that are working for us - and we'd love to share them with you!

Healthy Eating Plans

If you are like us, you have tried losing weight many times. And the results were always the same: either the plan didn't work, it was too hard to stick to it, or as soon as we varied from it all of the weight came back - plus more!

Do you dream of a healthier lifestyle, one where you can enjoy more time and activities with your adult kids and grand-kids? We sure did, and so we started making more healthy choices about our eating habits. Combined we have lost over 183 pounds, and we're both still losing.
